Directions for use

 

Take 4 drops a day, 30 minutes before going to bed; this is equivalent to 1 mg. When travelling: Take 4 drops on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Ingredients: fructose, purified water, melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), lemon flavouring, acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), thickener (xanthan gum).
